What if my email address has changed? Should I create another account?
DO NOT create another account! Simply login to your Cricut Rewards account using the email you originally used when setting up your account.
Click on My Account, change your email address, then click Update Account to finalize the change. There is no need to call or contact the admin for an email address change.
I received my cartridge that I ordered from the Rewards Program and it is not in a package or clamshell, is it new? Are cartridges in the Rewards program used?
All cartridges in the Rewards program are NEW, but some were previously part of a machine bundle or a special bundle promotion, so original packaging may not exist. Rest assured that ALL cartridges that are included in the Rewards program are new.
How do I enter my Cricut Rewards into my account?
To enter Cricut Rewards certificates into your account, please go to www.cricutrewards.com and click on the link from the left navigation bar that reads "Redeem Cricut Rewards." You will be asked to login to your Cricut Rewards account. If you do not have one, you will need to establish an account. Please keep in mind that your account/login/passwords on www.cricut.com will NOT work on the Cricut Rewards program.
Once you are in your Cricut Rewards account, you will find a link towards the top of the page that says "Redeem Cricut Rewards". Click on that link and a pop-up window will open. Please ensure that your web browser allows pop-ups from this site. Enter any Cricut Reward certificates into the designated area. To view a sample certificate, click on the link that reads "Click here for a sample certificate". The site only recognizes these certificate numbers - SKU numbers &/or serial numbers are not recognized.
What are some common errors when entering Cricut Reward certificate numbers?
Cricut Reward certificate numbers ALWAYS use zeroes, never the letter "O". Other common mistakes include mistaking a "5" for a "S" or vice versa. Also, "8" and "H" are sometimes confused. Be certain to check these variables and re-enter your certificate number again varying the characters used as needed.
I purchased an eligible cartridge but it did not have a Cricut Reward certificate inside. How do I obtain my Cricut Rewards for this cartridge?
If you do not have Cricut Reward certificates for an eligible cartridge purchased in 2008 or later, please go to www.cricutrewards.com. Click on the link on the left navigation bar that reads "Redeem Cricut Rewards". You will have to create an account or login to your account. Please note that any accounts/logins/passwords from www.cricut.com will NOT work on the Cricut Rewards site.
Once you are logged in to your account, you will find a link toward the top of the page that reads "Redeem Cricut Rewards". Click on that link and a pop-up window will appear. Then click on the link that reads "Click here for a sample certificate" and you will find directions on how to make a Cricut Reward certificate request for any you may be missing.
Once you begin that process, if you are unable to provide the required information to process your request, you will need to contact rewards@cricut.com by email or by phone (toll free) 877-7CRICUT (274288).
I have an account established on www.cricut.com, so why can't I login to the Cricut Rewards site? Why do I have to establish an account at www.cricutrewards.com if I already have an account at www.cricut.com?
The Cricut Rewards program is a voluntary program for interested customers, so it does NOT accept the same user name/login/passwords as www.cricut.com. If you wish to participate in the Cricut Rewards Program, you will need to establish a separate account at www.cricutrewards.com.
I recorded my cartridges/purchases into my account at www.cricut.com, so why don't my Cricut Rewards points show up in my account?
Per above, the www.cricut.com site and the www.cricutrewards.com site are completely different sites and do not share information/logins/passwords. Participation in either site is VOLUNTARY, so account management on both sites is the responsibility of the user.
Cricut Reward certificate numbers must be recorded into your account at www.cricutrewards.com. The Cricut Rewards site does not recognize SKU numbers, serial numbers or any other information obtained from a cartridge or its package. It only recognizes the series of digits/letters found on a Cricut Rewards certificate. If you need help with how to enter your Cricut Rewards, please follow the instructions above.
Q: How do I get credit for my Home Décor cartridge?
A: The Home Décor cartridge was previously part of a special promotional offering and therefore cannot be included in the Cricut Rewards Program.

How do I earn Cricut Rewards?
Getting started is easy. Just collect Cricut Rewards vouchers from Cricut Cartridges released during 2008 and thereafter. Create an account on www.cricutrewards.com to enter your codes. Codes are electronically verified and points accumulate in your account until you are ready to redeem for exclusive Cricut merchandise.
Go to www.cricutrewards.com and click Register. Follow the directions to open a new account. To create an account, you must have a unique, valid email address and there is a limit of one account per person. The person who is the authorized email account holder of the email address indicated will be the account holder, and must be 13 years of age or older and a U.S. resident.
I don’t remember my password; will you send it to me?
For security reasons, we will not send your password to you via email. We will, however, send you a link to a website which will allow you to create a new password. Your email address must match the address on the account for this new password feature to work correctly. If you do not receive the email from us, please check your email Junk Folder or Spam Folder. The email will come from service@cricutrewards.com.
Is the program only open to U.S. Residents?
At this time we are only able to ship to residents of the United States and Canada.

Where can I find Cricut Rewards?
Cricut Rewards can be found in any cartridge that was released for individual sale during 2008 and thereafter. See the link EARN POINTS on the Home Page for a complete listing.
I have the Sesame Street cartridge &/or the Hello Kitty cartridge and the Cricut Reward certificate included states 90 points, but the website states 100 points - how many points will I earn for the Sesame Street &/or Hello Kitty cartridge?
There was a printing error on the certificates - when you enter your Cricut Reward for the Sesame Street &/or the Hello Kitty cartridge, you will earn 100 points for each. We apologize for this error.
When do my Cricut Rewards expire?
Cricut Rewards do not have an expiration date. Once the points have been redeemed and associated with a Cricut Rewards account they cannot be redeemed again. There is no time limit in which they need to be used to purchase merchandise.
My point balance seems wrong. What should I do?
Sometimes your computer’s cache will prevent you from seeing the most recent information, especially, if your rewards total changed since you logged in. If your total seems incorrect, log off, close all browser windows, open a new browser window and log back in.
Is there a limit to the number of Cricut Rewards I can redeem in one day?
No, you can redeem as many as you have at any given time. Please keep in mind that we only allow one certificate per cartridge to be redeemed per Cricut user. For example, you may only redeem one certificate from Pooh & Friends on your account.

What do I do if I purchased a cartridge that doesn’t have a Cricut Rewards certificate in it?
First make sure that the cartridge was released by Provo Craft during or after 2008. If you have one of these cartridges and the certificate was not included please come to www.cricut.com/rewards and follow the links to enter your information. If your cartridge qualifies, from there you will be directed on how to receive your certificate.

Can I find out how long a specific reward will be available on the Cricut Rewards site?
Cricut Reward merchandise is constantly changing and quantities are limited. Redeem your Cricut Rewards early to get the items you really want before they sell out.
How do I redeem my Cricut Rewards?
First, login to www.cricutrewards.com. Browse great rewards in your favorite categories or based on your available point balance. Then follow the simple process to redeem your reward.
What happens after I redeem my Cricut Rewards for merchandise?
After you provide us with a valid U.S. (or Canadian) address and phone number, we will ship your merchandise. Please allow 7-10 business days for the delivery of your product.
Why do I have to pay shipping for merchandise ordered from the Cricut Rewards Store? How can I avoid shipping charges?
All orders placed through the Cricut Rewards Store are shipped via UPS directly to the person placing the order. Shipping charges are calculated based on the number of items, total weight and total value of the merchandise ordered. Shipping charges cannot be avoided and are non-refundable.
How are items shipped?
We use UPS for all Cricut shipments. Track your shipment at www.ups.com using the tracking number provided with your order shipment confirmation.
Why can’t I use a PO Box for my address?
Can I have Rewards merchandise shipped to an APO address?
UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you are unable to provide a physical location, please use the address of your employer, a friend or a postal facility. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we are not able to make exceptions to this policy.
Furthermore, as UPS does NOT ship to most APO addresses, we are unable to ship to military APO addresses at this time.
Can I redeem my Cricut Rewards and have the merchandise sent to another person or address?
Yes, you can redeem your Cricut Rewards and have your merchandise sent to another person. Simply create a shipping address in your account and link the appropriate address to your order.
All sales are final. Please view the sizing chart for apparel items to ensure that you purchase the correct size. PAYMENT
My credit card was not accepted, why?
The reasons for a credit card to be declined are many....you may have mis-keyed you card number or the billing address on your credit card does not match your address on the Cricut Rewards order. Continuing to try to "force" the card through will only result in multiple charges/refunds posting to your account (see below). Please log off and wait a few hours, or better yet 24 hours, to try your transaction again.
My credit card was declined, but the charge is showing on my credit card account. What happened?
The "charges" that are appearing on your card account are pre-authorization holds. They are not charges; however, your card company may be temporarily holding those funds. Your card may have declined for one of the following reasons:
Please contact your card company to release any pending holds from Cricut Rewards if you received an ERROR response that matches any of the reasons above. Cricut Rewards has no control of the grace period for releasing authorized funds, particularly debit card funds.
